Rich Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or cinnamon sugar)
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup yogurt (optional)
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (177°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Pour into prepared pan, and cook for about 60 minutes. Enjoy this tasty snack!

  1. I have a number of ripe bananas I need to use. This has given me inspiration for tomorrow. Looks delicious!!
